We want you to love your Holly Ryan jewellery for life, so we are always here to help you before, during and after your purchase. If you have any questions about any of our products, please email customerservice@hrjewellery.com.au.

PRODUCT ACCURACY

Our product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however please note that colours may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors and devices.

Holly Ryan celebrates the imperfect beauty of nature and as each piece of jewellery is hand made, slight variations may occur, making each unique. Pearls in particular come in all shapes and sizes, however if there is a pearl shape you are looking for, please include this with your order notes or contact our customer care team.

The tone of 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold does vary. If you have any questions or would like to see examples, please contact us.

FINISHES

Metal finishes are a surface treatment. Please note that rings with a brushed (matte) finish will be prone to surface wear and in time your ring may need to be re-finished. Similarly, polished finishes can wear and dull in time, but can be polished back to their original shine.

RING SIZING

Where possible, we advise having your finger professionally sized at a local jeweller before placing an order. If you can't get to a jeweller, please see our ring sizing guide, order a ring sizer or contact us for advice.

Thicker bands sometimes require a half to full size up, so please contact us should you need any assistance determining the best ring size to order.

If you do receive your ring and it isn't quite right, we do offer resizing for plain gold and silver rings at a fee. If your ring has gemstones, please contact us as we may not be able to resize it. We may do so at our discretion for a fee determined per job.

BRACELET / BANGLE / NECKLACE SIZING

Our bracelets, bangles and necklaces are made to the measurements listed on the product page, however we can adjust these for you if needed. Please contact our customer care team prior to placing your order if you require a custom size. Please note that pieces requiring resizing after they have been made may incur a fee.

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

All our jewellery is checked by a specialist jeweller, however we offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing fault, should they occur. We reserve the right not to undertake a repair, or to charge a fee to repair any goods returned after the 6-month period.

Manufacturing faults do not include: broken chain, chipped, cracked or broken pearls/gemstones, general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted, snapped, oxidised or on which the plating is fading.

This being said, we want all your Holly Ryan jewellery to have longevity and should you require a repair that we are able to undertake, we are happy to do so at a fee determined upon inspection of the item. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

Jewellery is fragile*. Our hand made items are priced to reflect the quality, sustainability and the work that has been done to create them. Please note that most items we make are hand made each time and as such, to us, are our works of art. Please treat them kindly! Don't expect silver to be as strong as gold, or plating not to wear off over time**, especially if the item is worn daily.

We are always happy to re-plate your jewellery for the lowest fee possible and repair any damages for a reasonable fee, as long as the item is not completely destroyed. Please read our repairs page and read our jewellery care pages carefully. 

*As a general rule, we strongly recommend to remove your items whilst showering, swimming, sleeping or during strenuous exercise in order to keep them in perfect condition. It is also important to keep pearl jewellery away from extreme heat and cold, and from perfumes and cosmetics.*

RETURNS

With each piece being lovingly handmade to order in Australia by our small team of artisans, all sales are final.  We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any assistance prior to placing your order.

In limited circumstances, some items may be exchanged for another item if we have the requested style in stock, and the previous item is returned in perfect condition, within 2 weeks. This does not include rings or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

Please note, bespoke items cannot be returned, and all sales are final once they have been purchased.

SHIPPING

All pieces are sent using Australia Post Express with signature on delivery. Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday as soon as possible, however during sale and Christmas periods we are not always able to ship your items same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking notification with a link to track your parcel.

 Please note that Holly Ryan is not liable to cover any international duty, import or custom charges that may incur. For more information on shipping and rates, please visit our delivery page.

PRIVACY 

Holly Ryan understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely. Any information that we no longer require is destroyed. 

Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals. Holly Ryan does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the hrjewellery.com.au website. As required by law, you may "opt-out" from direct marketing material that Holly Ryan may send.
