Returns Policy

1.We do not offer refunds on sale items, though we may offer a credit note on current designs upon inspection of the item on its return. This does not include earrings/pierced jewellery(see 3). No refunds or credit notes are offered on discontinued designs. We only exchange items that have been purchased from our online store, items that have been bought from our stockists should be returned to the place of purchase.

2.We are happy to exchange rings which are the wrong size where possible and if the item is in stock(discontinued designs cannot be exchanged). The first exchange is free but you must pay for the postage so please post your item to us, well packaged in it's original packaging*, to the address below and include a prepaid express postbag with the signature on delivery option. Email us at  to notify us that you require an exchange and the size required, and please also include a note in your package with the desired size. Some stone set rings may not be resizable.
Subsequent size exchanges will incur up to a $40 fee for silver rings and a $60 fee for gold rings. Resized rings cannot be returned and plated rings cannot be resized. So please use our ring sizing chart or pop into your nearest jeweller and have your ring size taken, remembering that a ring that is wider on the finger should be a half size larger to account for the natural shape of your finger.

3. We are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery under any circumstances so please be careful with your choice and do not hesitate to ask for more information about the desired item before making your purchase.

4.We do not give refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.

5. We will repair manufacturing faults for our jewellery at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. We reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned 6 months period.

6. Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: broken chain; chipped, cracked or broken pearl or gemstone; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidised or on which the *plating is fading.

*We offer a repair/re-plating service, please contact us for a quote.

**As a general rule we strongly recommend to remove your items whilst showering, swimming, sleeping or during strenuous exercise in order to keep them in perfect condition. It is also important to keep pearl jewellery away from extreme heat and cold, and from perfumes and cosmetics.**

If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. If you are returning an item for refund or repair, *the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced.
Holly Ryan reserves the right to refuse a return if the above criteria, is not met.
