Over time, plating on your Holly Ryan jewellery can wear off, become chipped and scratched or lose its lustre. Don't worry though as we can restore your items back to their original condition by removing the old plating back to the solid sterling silver underneath and replacing it.

If you would like to have your jewellery re-plated, please post it to us in its original packaging or in a very well padded package (Jewellery destroyed in the post cannot be replaced) using the Signature on Delivery service to ensure its safe arrival. The address is:

Purchasing 1 x Re-plating, will re-plate 1 pair of earrings, or 1 pendant, 1 chain, 1 bangle or 1 brooch. If your item has other damage (for example: the chain is broken or worn thin) we will quote to replace it once we have inspected the item.

Please allow a turnaround time for the re-plating service of up to 4 weeks.
